Our Christian Responsibility
The evidence of genuine forgiveness is personal freedom from a vindictive or vengeful attitude, but an automatic restoration of relationship does not always occur.

Our Christian Obilgation
Differing from forgiveness, reconciliation is often conditioned on the attitude and actions of both parties. While its aim is restoration of a broken relationship, that doesn’t always happen.
