Have You Considered Baptism or Church Membership?
Baptism is an important part of the Christian life, not only is it a wonderful celebration of faith, God wants all those that believe to be baptized. There will be a church membership and baptism class for those who are interested in learning about both church membership and believer’s baptism on Sundays, April 2nd & 23rd, from 3:00-5:00 PM.
The baptism originally scheduled for Easter Sunday will NOT take place on that day, so that those interested in baptism can attend the classes first.
If you have never been baptized and would like to, this is your opportunity. Believer baptism is a great opportunity to share with the world that you have decided to follow Jesus, it can be a wonderful time to witness to family and friends by simply asking them to come and be a part of this great experience. Baptism is an outward expression of something that has already happened internally for those that have decided to accept Christ. We were once dead and now we are alive; we were once marred by our sin now we have been made clean.
